IT Decision-Makers Rate Their Technology Providers

New York, NY – Sept. 14, 2010 Nemertes Research recognized 18 Information Technology providers that received top ratings from IT leaders and provided details behind the scores at today’s 2010 PilotHouse Awards Webinar.

More than 2,000 IT executives rated their providers and shared details on what they like most and least about them, as part of Nemertes’ 2010 Communications & Computing Benchmark. The participants rated their providers on a 1-to-5 scale on value, technology, and customer service in 13 technology areas.

“In several emerging and highly competitive technology markets, these awards demonstrate which providers excel in technology leadership, solid customer service, and compelling value,” says Robin Gareiss, Nemertes executive vice president and senior founding partner. “Businesses rely on these ratings as they make vendor-selection decisions because it gives them insight about the experiences of existing customers.”
