It’s always a pleasant surprise to come across impressive customer-facing IBM web pages.  This is one of the most comprehensive IBM/Lotus support sites I’ve seen in a while:

Including details of the Support toolbar, Support sites (including video tour), Fix Central, Open Mics/Webcasts, Assist On-site, Forums/Wikis, Multimedia Library (more than 1000 task-based Lotus Notes 8 video tutorials available in 11 languages), Blogs, directions for raising PMRs and much more.

Entitled “Lotus Support – just a click away“, this is definitely well worth reviewing and adding to your own set of Lotus bookmarks.
