IBM Lotus Complete Messaging Express Starter Pack includes IBM Lotus Domino Messaging Express and IBM Lotus Sametime Standard while IBM Lotus Complete Collaboration Express Starter Pack includes IBM Lotus Domino Collaboration Express and IBM Lotus Sametime Standard.
