Last Wednesday, Gartner published their 2009 Web Conferencing Magic Quadrant and, for the second year running, Sametime and LotusLive (Engage and Meetings) are in the leader quadrant.
They had some great things to say about IBM’s hybrid approach for web conferencing, the direct integration with the rest of the IBM Lotus portfolio and Microsoft environments out of the box and the range of client options from rich client to zero download browser access.
