Even the parts that I think aren’t good enough or done enough are still, honestly, brilliant. They’ve gotten serious about listening to partners and customers again for the first time in a decade, and as marvelous as 2007 has been for Lotus and IBM, 2008 is going to be even better. Creating a renaissance in Notes was considered impossible. You’ve done the impossible and that makes you mighty. Remember how you did it — listen, code, ship — and the competition will never touch you. Thank you, IBM Lotus Software.
