No doubt that IBM Partnerworld still has a way to go to match IBM’s claims of ‘exceptional web experience’ it is using for its Northstar project, however Warren Elsmore spotted something rather remarkable in the Software Downloads section of Partnerworld today:
Yep, the search is now showing typeahead or ‘instant’ results. How useful is that! Should save many many hours of hopeless searching for download parts… Lets hope it makes it (or even, has made it) to the customer-facing Passport Advantage site.
